2.10 metres high, 3 metres long. Oak plates and steel with a synchronised opening mechanism – full mechanism designed and built in the workshop.
Made for a project by architect Nicolas Braillon. A house where each material used – concrete, brick, wood – stays exposed in its raw form.
The shutter works in the same register: solid oak, unembellished steel, the mechanism itself part of the visible architecture.
